4. Virtual Goods

Within A23Plus, you may purchase virtual goods, currency, or other services ("Virtual Goods"). Please note that Virtual Goods are for use only within A23Plus's game environment and have no real-world value. Ownership of Virtual Goods remains with A23Plus, and purchased Virtual Goods are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in A23Plus and its games, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, code, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. Without express written permission from A23Plus, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from A23Plus.

6. User-Generated Content

In certain cases, A23Plus allows users to create, upload, or share content ("User-Generated Content"). You agree not to upload content that violates laws or the rights of others. By uploading or sharing User-Generated Content, you grant A23Plus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content.

In no event shall A23Plus, its affiliates, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use A23Plus services. A23Plus's total liability to you for direct damages arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the services in the past six months.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Service or your use of A23Plus services shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit any disputes to the competent courts of Singapore for resolution.
